Role overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate to work within our Projects & Contracts department. The primary function of the role will be to manage the integration and installation of Monodraught’s natural ventilation, cooling and lighting equipment into commercial buildings. Working efficiently to contractual deadlines is essential and extensive use of AutoCAD will be required.

The role would suit someone who has recently graduated with a Master's Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a numerate Construction related field and is looking for an exciting role within a market leading company.

Training and extensive support for the role will be provided.

About you

You are/have:

  • Able to produce high quality work with attention to detail;
  • Confident and succinct communicator;
  • Genuine interest in project management;
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Able to work autonomously and to deadlines;
  • Keen to have responsibility.


  • Master's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a numerate Construction course.
