The main aim of the role is to manage all daily aspects of Monodraught’s after sales department including maintenance sales, technical support and warranty. There are two existing members of staff in this department, both predominantly based on site who are troubleshooting and maintenance engineers. The role will require extensive liaising with end users and contractors, coordinating existing staff, ensuring commissioning and troubleshooting is conducted efficiently, proactively managing product warranty issues and maximising maintenance sales. A close working relationship will be required with the Installation Manager, the R&D team and the Production department.
Any training required can be provided, but the ideal candidate will have a sound academic engineering base and be a very capable communicator. Knowledge within the HVAC construction sector would be of benefit but not essential.
