As a Data Science Apprentice, you could be joining GSK within our Clinical Supply Chain team in Ware, or our Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) Data Strategy & Governance team in Stevenage.
In Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) we are on a digital data & analytics journey to accelerate the way we develop new medicines for patients and make our data FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) for scientists. Our Data Science apprentices, based at Stevenage, are central to our strategy, supporting us to build our foundational capabilities of data models, data standards and data governance that underpin our ambitions.
In Clinical Supply Chain, our Data Science competencies are quite diverse and range from data engineering using databases and the cloud, python programming, statistical analysis and data visualisation using Power BI and Spotfire.
