Once you’ve sent in your application, the HR team will review it to ensure that it’s suitable for the job that you’ve applied for. The hiring manager aims to have reviewed your application within 3-5 working days and then we’ll be in contact.
If you’re invited to an interview, this could be via video interview, skype or telephone.
The first stage of our process is a video questionnaire. If you’re invited to the first stage you will answer 6-8 set questions and your recorded answers will be sent to the hiring manager to review.
The final stage of our process, after the video questionnaire, is a virtual interview. If you’re invited to a virtual interview, this will be via WebEx. We’ll answer any questions that you may have about working for ASM and also find out a bit more about you, your experience and also find out whether we’re a good fit for each other.
We will provide feedback to all candidates at every stage of our process. We’re keen to ensure that if your recruitment experience ends with us, we can give you some constructive feedback to aid your future applications.
