We supply Machine Vision components and systems to automate processes and essentially allow computers to see. These Machine Vision systems are used in a significant number of industries with multiple applications.

The opportunity:

As Graduate Software Engineer, you will:

  • Work in a cross-functional team to conceptualise, design, prototype and deploy machine vision solutions for industries such as food & beverage, automotive, machinery, pharma, medical and others
  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end platforms for our industrial machine vision products and solutions
  • Further develop and improve our industry-leading CheckMate and VisionBox inspection systems
  • Understand and support integration of ClearView products with our clients
  • Maintain good coding practices and implement automated tests for long-term development of our solutions

Does this sound like you?

  • Graduate in a STEM field preferably in Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Science. MSc is a plus. 
  • Hands on programming experience in languages such as C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and in developing SQL schemas and API's
  • Exposure to computer vision frameworks (e.g., Matrox MIL, OpenCV) is an advantage
  • You should feel motivated and happy to work with the hardware that surround a vision application including PCs (Windows/Linux), industrial cameras, lighting, lenses, and camera interfaces
  • Excellent communication, pro-active and teamwork skills
  • Strong plus if you have hands on experience in industrial automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, sensors, robots, motion control, IPC configuration)
