Suttle Projects Ltd are a multi-disciplinary civil engineering Contractor, working in a range of sectors including, rail, highways and coastal. Due to continual development as an emerging Contractor and the need to maintain a high quality subcontracting capacity, we're looking to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial department based out of our Poole Office.

The candidate will work directly for the Commercial Director and will be exposed to operational and technical components of the business to give a well rounded development as a construction professional serving projects nationwide. Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collation of documentation to substantiate on contract claims
  • Collation and submission of interim assessments
  • Sub-contract administration with our supply chain
  • Monthly Cost / Value reconciliations.

The role is within an expanding business and comes with promotional opportunities best suited to the successful candidates' strongest abilities.

What we're looking for:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, including but not limited to Commercial Management or Civil Engineering.
  • A full driving licence 
  • Good communication skills to multiple levels and across various disciplines within Civil Engineering.
  • Due to the nature of the work, there may be a requirement for occasional travel and working away on project sites within the UK.
