We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious A Level school leavers to join us in Summer 2022 at our offices in London, Henley on Thames, Gloucester. As a degree apprentice Civil Engineer you will have an outstanding career and gain a degree with ZERO student finance.

And there is a shortage of civil engineers in training so you’ll be joining an in-demand profession.
We are a well respected structural and civil engineering consultancy with offices in Gloucester, London and Henley on Thames. We undertake high profile commercial and residential development projects, including a wide range of new builds, refurbishments and extensions. We have a broad client base including major national clients such as Whitbread plc, Legoland, Alton Towers, Wetherspoons, Costa, Soho House and Taylor Wimpey as well as high value private clients.

You will join as an apprentice civil engineer and start your degree in September 2022. Through this Level 6 degree apprenticeship you will gain BEng in Civil Engineering from University of West London if you are based in the Henley or London office and from the University of West of England if you are based in the Gloucester office,
You attend university 1 day a week for 4 or 5 years at no cost to you. You’ll be working in the office for the other 4 days of the week and earning a salary.
Ideal candidates will be aiming for 3 good ‘A’ Levels or a relevant BTEC including the Maths in Engineering module and will be looking for a dynamic workplace that provides an outstanding career opportunity.
You will have good communication skills, be able to work flexibly in a team and be a creative thinker.
Your role will entail working on all aspects of projects from scheme design, through to construction on site and managing client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work in both civil and structural engineering disciplines and specialise accordingly. You will be supported with on-the-job training and mentoring from our team of experienced, industry-leading professionals at our office in Henley.
