As a Graduate Logistics/Area Manager, you set a good example, ensure security, and are responsible for training and motivating your team. Together with your team, you guarantee our quality standards and strive for top performance by demonstrating your problem-solving and analysis skills.

You make sure that goals are realistic and achievable. The influence that you can have in one of the largest and most innovative companies in the world does not go unnoticed. With us you can help shape the future of logistics.

After an intensive familiarisation with the processes of our logistics centre, you will take over the management of one of our main departments (e.g. in order picking, shipping, etc.). You will be responsible for the management, monitoring and control of the operational processes as well as for the technical and disciplinary management of 60 to 120 employees.

There is also the possibility that you will be deployed in one of our delivery centres (last mile business). There you will continuously improve the efficiency of the delivery processes and ensure that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately and cheaply as possible. You will work independently both in day-to-day business and in projects to continuously improve our processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • You are on the last legs of your bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in the field of industrial engineering, economics, logistics, etc.
  • Your fluent German and English skills are essential for communication with our international team

  • You are a role model for our employees and convince with your enthusiasm and "hands-on mentality"
  • Your willingness to work early, late and night shifts is required for the position
  • You are mobile and ready to move.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You are familiar with working in an international working environment
  • You have knowledge of operational excellence (Lean Management, Six Sigma).
