About the position and associated responsibilities:

You will be responsible for one of the main teams in your distribution centre: reception, storage, picking, packaging or shipping. With the help of your collaborators, you will have to make sure that all systems are functioning properly and that customer expectations are met or even exceeded.

The logistics team entrusted to you will have between 80 and 120 operators. A real source of motivation and inspiration for the members of your team, you will be responsible for their training, their integration and their progress. At the same time, you will use common sense to ensure that deadlines are met and targets met on KPIs.

You will thus guarantee the motivation, commitment and performance of your team:

  • You will have to ensure the safety of your team by promoting Amazon's health and safety standards
  • You will lead cross-functional teams dedicated to solving operational problems
  • You will observe Amazon's high standards for process quality
  • You will try to guarantee the accuracy of the stocks
  • You will focus on improving and streamlining processes
  • The core processes and activities of the distribution centre will no longer hold any secrets for you
  • You will be actively involved in sharing and promoting best practices with your colleagues and the entire network.

Basic Qualifications

Essential qualities:

  • You hold a graduate degree in logistics, business administration or any related field
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and oral
  • You are mobile throughout France and Europe
  • You particularly like teamwork and collaboration with other people
  • You already have professional experience as manager of relatively large teams and you know how to motivate those around you
  • You have analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Doing and leading a thorough analysis of complex processes is no problem for you
  • You show determination and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • You don't mind working with flexible teams and schedules: you are committed to always doing your job.

Preferred Qualifications

Desirable qualities:

  • Ideally, you have previously worked in a distribution centre or logistics warehouse.

You can look forward to:

  • Exciting tasks in an expanding, innovative and international environment
  • Great freedom for your ideas and your commitment
  • Outstanding Perspectives due to our excellent growth
  • Working in a competent, highly motivated team
  • Diverse further training courses and an attractive remuneration package that allows you to share in our company's success.
