From our base in North London, our team of experts works mostly in Greater London and the Home Counties.

	Residential We have surveyors who have the expertise to give impartial, objective, and independent advice. We carry out building surveys, building defects and dampness reports, assist with insurance reinstatement claims, licences for alterations, party wall matters and condition surveys. Our architectural and structural design team will also support our clients on major refurbishments, basements, loft conversions and extension projects.
