Gradcracker works here's the proof

‘I always wanted to associate myself with a company that recognises talent and nurtures young professionals. This has been realised when I joined KBR as part of the graduate scheme after completing my masters in Advanced Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
The graduate programme at KBR is a great balance between theoretical and practical experiences with a flavour of challenge within every task, thus providing an environment to utilise my classroom knowledge in project deliverables while at the same time enhance my technical and people skills. The nature of my work gives me the opportunity to interact with people of all disciplines within the office as well as with the other KBR locations.
The ‘people culture’ within the KBR is strong. It promotes growth and development of its employees with a structured leadership path and mentors to provide guidance at every level.
In addition to the business, I was intrigued that KBR is involved with several extra-curricular activities providing opportunities to graduates and young professionals to take up responsibilities and build leadership skills with clubs like AIM, ASPIRE, IMPACT in place. Lunch and learns, site visits, vendor trips, campus events, One Ocean, Active Cup are some of the events I got the opportunity to take part in, having worked for KBR just four months.
All in all, KBR has given me a platform to showcase and strengthen my capabilities in an environment that highly supports growth and development.’
