We're looking for a Consultant with Business Architecture experience to join us at Expleo. The role would be an ideal fit for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst looking to make the step up into Business Architecture. As part of your role you will partner with our clients on various Digital Transformation projects. You will gain exposure to working with various clients across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities
In the role you'll be primarily responsible for defining the vision, design and specifications to deliver solutions to business problems. Your primary role will be to work with the wider Enterprise Architecture function, project teams and user communities to support development of the Target Operating Model and process models.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
Providing architectural and subject matter expertise to clients and other team members
Develop artefacts including business capability models, roadmaps, process models and value streams.
Interpreting and contextualising business strategy
Setting an overarching vision for operations
Ensuring end to end integrity of solution designs and alignment with standard architecture patterns and other design views such as Platform, Security, data etc
Producing specific business cases, benefits dependency mapping and benefits realisation planning
Support and encourage constructive cross function, and cross-business teamwork and facilitate collaboration
Defining Meta model and standards for Business artefacts. Establishing governance procedures and policies for Business Architecture
Evaluation of design, assess consistency, design issues and gaps of the overall TOM
Analysis, project or task planning, process/data analysis and modelling and/or logical database design
Assisting in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and underlying issues arising from investigations, and potential benefit
Manage and track all quality assurance design issues and risks
Ensuring alignment and quality of requirements with the business architecture views/models.
Qualifications
In addition, you'll need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and an additional course or certification in business analysis.
Skills
Process or Application rationalisations
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Preferably knowledge of Architecture frameworks such as Zachmann, BCS or OMG Business Architecture, TOGAF is desirable
Supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
Self-management. Can set and work to quantified goals and standards. Delivers by being aware of and considering the commercial impacts
Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience of defining the blueprint for complex organisations that have undergone significant change. Previous consulting experience. Your background will likely originally have been in Process or Business Analysis, where you have gained significant experience in topics Capability Modelling, Design evaluation.
You'll also need experience of:
Experience & track record in areas like the design of new Target Operating Models, process (re)-engineering, process improvement, capability mapping & organisational design.
Architecture repository and tools for models, roadmaps, and notation standards.
Experience working for complex organisations that have undergone significant changes
Previous experience of pre-sales and bids
Previous consultancy experience
