The Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for fulfilling parts orders, managing parts inventory and providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to all customers. This position requires an acute attention to detail, ability to establish positive relations with vendors, customers, Sales/Service/Product Representatives and other departments. Excellent customer (internal and external) service is the driving force for this position.

Key functions:
Assist customers by using electronic catalogues or other resources to properly identify items as needed, verify correct parts for machine, price, and availability
Process parts orders for customers as well as road and workshop technicians.
Follow up on parts orders and communicate with customers to ensure they are being properly served.
Maintains stock levels, receiving and shipping parts, and in issuing local purchase orders.
Receive parts from shipping source and ensure customers receive them in a timely manner by calling the customer, delivering, etc.
Works with and communicates regularly with fellow other departments to help each other provide an outstanding experience for the customer.
Build strong cohesiveness between Service and DDC teams to support high asset utilisation in end customer applications.
Controls the active fleet requirements through the integration and follow up of Dyn@link reports.
Promotes business opportunities with customer through the development of special campaigns based on active fleet and creation/extension of service contracts.
Promotes parts sales campaign with the machine sales and service teams.
Other duties as assigned.
