We’re looking for graduates to join our global engineering department, working on global projects. You’ll get the opportunity to work across different teams as you grow your experience and develop further.
Under direct supervision, working collaboratively as part of a high performing team, you will build your engineering skills, competencies and knowledge of Rotork’s processes and standards.

You will play a key and active role in:
The development of core products
New feature requests and product enhancements
The development of new innovative products
Solving problems with new technology introduction
Working within formal design principles using best practice processes
Collaborating with key project and business stakeholders
Delivering high quality solutions using continuous improvement tools and techniques
You will need to be proactive with a willingness to learn. You will be hands-on and driven to ensure the delivery of all activities in line with agreed deadlines.
Qualifications and Technical Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Software/Firmware, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
Experience of the Microsoft toolset for technical documentation
Willingness to travel as required
Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
A team player that shares knowledge and insights, but also able to demonstrate a strong level of initiative
Can effectively communicate technical information with a non-technical audience when required
Works effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels (both internal and external resources)
Ability to make logical decisions
Strong desire for continuous self-development and learning
