We have a number of exciting opportunities within our Production departments for Production Graduates.
We are looking for recent graduates or those with industry experience who are driven and ready to start their career with us. Over the course of the 2 year programme, our Production Graduates will work within a specific area of production and build their operational and technical knowledge of the business.
During the 2 years, there will be the opportunity to gain hands on experience of project management with the view to a future career in production management after the 2 years. Our Production Graduates are our people managers of the future who want to make a difference and have a strong desire to deliver continuous business improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for manufacturing or technical textiles and will have the opportunity to be involved in the creation and delivery of strategic business developments and improvements. The successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with a strong drive to develop their career path within the Company and who has the potential and motivation to progress into a future career within production management.
You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to provide evidence as part of the application process.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
