Gradcracker is the UK’s careers website for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) students.

We have close relationships with all universities across the UK and Ireland and will work with you to make sure you get the most out of Gradcracker.

Everthing we offer to universities is provided completely free-of-charge. See some examples of how we could work together below.

Gradcracker Talks

Gradcracker’s careers advice talks and skills sessions are well-attended and well-received.

No organisation knows more about the opportunities available to STEM students so the talks give a real insight into what employers look for in a candidate and how students should focus their job searches.

Gradcracker works with universities across the UK to deliver in-curriculum events designed to help students get the most out of the Gradcracker and its features.

Our sessions guide students through the job-hunting journey and application process, offering advice on how to use Gradcracker to become a successful job hunter.

We also cover the importance of understanding key competency skills employers are looking for, the benefits of being involved in extra-curricular activities, and ways to make applications stand out.

Our sessions are a great opportunity for your students to discover STEM employers and the different industry sectors they can work in.

Placements and Internships

It's never too early for your students to start using Gradcracker to look for placements and internships, and to be aware of the opportunities that are open to them, so we hold these sessions with all year groups.

Gradcracker Webinars

Gradcracker hosts live weekly webinars with its employers from September through to February to give students exclusive insights into the sectors they could work in, and the companies they could work for.

Range of Industry Sectors

The Toolkit gives your students an introduction to the opportunities on Gradcracker and the wide range of industry sectors in which they could work.

Hints & Tips

It includes a range of careers advice and hints & tips to help your students put together a well-researched, successful application.

In-Print and Online

The Toolkit is available both in-print and online and is distributed to universities across the UK.

Audio Recordings

We also create short audio recordings of each section of the Toolkit, ideal for use in lectures and seminars.

STEM Societies

Employers like to recruit students who have been members of STEM Societies. It shows they are passionate about their degree subject and have the kind of soft skills employers value.

Gradcracker provides STEM student Societies with a free Hub on Gradcracker to help them attract new members and promote themselves to our employers. There are currently over 180 STEM Societies live on Gradcracker.
