Roku is changing how the world watches TV

Making stuff from day one – Neil Kraewinkles, Software Engineer and Former Intern at Roku

While former classmates are running down bugs, Neil helped turn a concept into something that people are buying in multiple countries, all while being an intern and during his first year as a full time employee at Roku. Watch Neil's story.

Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the US, and we’ve set our sights on powering every television in the world. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetise large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.

From your first day at Roku, you’ll make a valuable — and valued — contribution. We’re a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.

How about you?

We strive to make Roku a great place to work. We have high expectations and pay well in a competitive market.

We believe you can be highly productive at work and still have plenty of time for life outside of the office. That's why we offer a generous time-off policy. In fact, for salaried employees, we don't track vacation or have official holidays. Instead, you can take as much vacation as you think is appropriate, as long as you get your job done and don't impact the team's work.

We offer medical, wellness and financial benefits to help our employees stay healthy and happy.

We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.

(This means that we will supply feedback if requested after an interview.)
