Celina joined Kilburn & Strode’s Trademark team in January 2022.
Celina graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the University of Manchester. Following her undergraduate degree, Celina completed her LLM in Intellectual Property Law. During her studies, Celina gained a solid understanding of both EU and UK intellectual property law.
After her studies, Celina worked at a Dutch Trademark firm in Amsterdam, gaining valuable knowledge of Benelux trademark law and Dutch intellectual property law. Celina has handled very diverse trade mark portfolios, ranging from SMEs through to multinational corporations and covering diverse business sectors. Her daily activities range from advising clients about trade mark protection, to dealing with copyright conflicts and counterfeit products.
Celina is fluent in Dutch, English and Turkish, and uniquely placed to assist clients on a Dutch, British and European level.
Celina works as part of our integrated European team and splits her time between our London and Hilversum offices. Beyond trade marks, Celina enjoys cooking, hiking and travelling.
