Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Graduate Strategy and Advisory Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The role will provide full-time project support in the areas of strategy and advisory consultancy services, with a keen focus on net zero, decarbonisation, and sustainability requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for implementing sustainability and decarbonisation consultancy services to AESGs Clients to exemplary levels of quality, contributing to business/team development strategies and a willingness to work across multiple disciplines and industries to drive the market transformation.

The successful candidate will form part of our dynamic Strategy & Advisory Division located in our Dubai headquarters. The role will include analysis and research in support of complex decarbonisation and sustainability management projects with government and private sector clients covering building systems, retrofits, technology, behavioural and other measures.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategy and advisory consultancy services to AESGs Clients to exemplary levels of quality with a focus on net zero/decarbonisation/sustainability requirements.
• Conduct the underlying qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Prepare deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Progressively build up subject matter expertise.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Energy Engineering, Sustainable Development, Circular Economy, Environmental Engineering, etc.)
• Ability to deliver work in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other digital tools that are relevant to the field of sustainability and ESG.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn on the go.
• Values including diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently based on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
