This graduate role is designed to develop future BI leaders by providing hands-on experience in continuous improvement, systems analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
General

Technical
Assist in the delivery of improvement projects across manufacturing, warehousing, and support functions.
Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and visual management tools.
Participate in A3 problem-solving activities and Obeya-style project reviews.
Collaborate with BI Manager and site teams to implement lean tools and process improvements.
Contribute to the standardisation and documentation of BI processes and systems.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience of Manufacturing, Warehousing & Distribution operations.

Experience of Process/Change management.
Exposure to lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
