The Labman Christmas Party is held annually at our HQ, to celebrate Christmas and as a thank-you to all the staff for their work throughout the year. This year we kicked off with some silly challenges and games from pin the nose on the reindeer, to the classic Hammerschlagen game; nothing like a bit of healthy competition to keep the energy high throughout the night.
Food was served in the form of a selection of delicious German sausages. Shout out to The Sausage Man for providing a selection of different flavoured sausages, served in hotdog buns with sautéed onions, alongside heartwarming spiced mulled wine.
The evening wasn’t just about celebrating the past - it was also about looking to the future. Our Managing Director, Ian Riley, delivered a heartfelt presentation, thanking the team for their incredible efforts in hitting targets and driving sustainable growth. His words left us inspired and excited for the road ahead.
And then it was time for highlight of the evening, the Sausagefest Cabaret Extravaganza, showcasing the amazing (and surprising!) talents of our team - from comedy acts to jaw-dropping breakdancing moves which lit up the dance floor. Among the performances included a Labman rendition of the 12 days of Christmas - a Labman twist on the traditional song, all finished off with the showstopper: Andrew Whitwell riding a unicycle like a pro!
As we wrapped up the night, it was clear that the Labman family knows how to mix hard work with serious fun.
We would like to thank all those involved in the organisation of yet another brilliant evening, there are too many to mention. And of course the senior leadership team for making it all possible.
