Halma is a FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies. Our innovative products and solutions address many of the key issues facing the world today, from air quality to preventable blindness.

Halma’s purpose – to grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day – defines the three markets it operates in:

The Halma Catalyst Programme offers full-time salaried employment, starting with 32 months of development. The programme includes 4 x 8-month rotational placements with responsibility for completing challenging projects in both home country and international operating companies locations.

Projects will be in strategic, innovative, technical, operational, and commercial areas, providing a wide range of exposure to build a solid early career. The programme is highly flexible and can be tailored to individuals' needs and skills.

Graduate Trainees will attend three residential training modules with their cohort peers, to build their network, learn business skills, and soft skills.

Reporting to the Head of Early Careers Talent, Catalyst Graduate Trainees are supported throughout with a local host company manager, executive-level mentoring and continuous coaching.

Towards the end of the programme we will help identify a permanent role within one of our global operating companies, aligned with their motivations.
