Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 14,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

What you'll be doing:
Working alongside core assurance functions, including risk management, audit, compliance, and quality, supporting the identification and management of business risks.
Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of assurance frameworks and processes across M Group business units.
Support audits, investigations, and reviews, collating data, interviewing stakeholders, and documenting findings.
Participate in the analysis and reporting of compliance performance, making recommendations for continual improvement.
Contribute to training and awareness sessions, sharing best practice and promoting a culture of safety, quality, and responsibility.
Engage with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders, from site teams to senior leadership, building productive relationships and professional networks.
What you'll bring
We’re looking for a recent Graduate that with a degree in a relevant discipline, such as Risk Management, Business, Compliance, Law, Engineering, Economics or Maths.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards.
Willingness to travel to various sites and offices as required.
A collaborative, proactive, and enquiring mindset.
