Join us at the UK headquarters of RWE in Swindon where we currently have opportunities in the following area:

Choose RWE Supply & Trading HR

You will work within the Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers team where you’ll have exposure to the full life cycle of attracting, recruiting, inducting and developing talent within a global organisation. There will be opportunities to work alongside other HR functions including People & Organisational Development, HR Operations and Reward providing you with a complete picture of the different aspects of a fast-paced global HR function.

Choose RWE Generation HR

You will work within the Enabling Services team, supporting the delivery of digital and innovation-led HR projects in an international environment.

You'll gain hands-on experience in developing and enhancing digital HR solutions, with a focus on improving user experience and process simplification.

There will also be opportunities to assist with project activities. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop an understanding of Global HR Services, collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for the right people to enable our business - so you’ll need to be a highly ambitious, hard-working team player who’s passionate about the working with people, developing new, innovative ideas and is keen to learn, grow and take accountability. We’re looking for students who are in the penultimate year of a Business, Psychology, Business Education or similar degree, ideally with a focus on HR, and who are ideally on course to achieve a 2:1 or higher.

Job requirements and experience

Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
IT proficiency including the ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools.
Strong sense of responsibility as well as solution-oriented and proactive action.
Organisational talent with analytical problem-solving skill as well as a creative drive.
A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.
Motivated to take on new challenges, whether operating independently or in a team.
Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
