My job is to listen to the problem and reassure you that we’re working hard to fix it.
When I’m not responding to emergencies, I’m inspecting our network to prevent bursts from happening.
I also work with the Fire and Rescue Service to make sure they can access the supplies they need for their vital work without disrupting our service to you.
