After studying a Bsc in Geography and Msc in Environmental Management, I spent a few years exploring career opportunities but did not find the right role or company for me. I saw the Thames Water graduate scheme and instantly knew that this was the perfect fit. I jumped at the chance to apply and was thrilled when I was offered a place on a leadership scheme in the largest water and wastewater company in the UK.

It is now an excellent time to join the business with new and exciting opportunities available as we moved into a competitive market and continue to build ourselves as a customer-centric organisation. We have also built three alliances partnering with external organisations which is great model to expand career opportunities.
