The Heathcoat Fabric Graduate Programme has allowed me to gain knowledge and experience in production processes and improvements across the diverse site.
The flexible approach to the programme has meant I am able to work on multiple projects across the business from production to technical to understand where I am best suited and interested to work in.
This has meant I have found enjoyment and interest in areas and roles of work previously unconsidered and that without the programme I would never have been able to experience.
The ability to work with a range of people from operators to directors across divisions means that I am participating in making real improvements and change.
