Embarking on my career switch through La Fosse has been the best decision I’ve ever made. The programme was both challenging and engaging, with supportive and knowledgeable trainers who truly understood how to cater to different learning styles. Whenever I needed a little extra support or even a friendly ear there was always someone there to guide and support me, which was definitely appreciated!
One of the most valuable aspects of the training was the opportunity to apply what we learned immediately through group projects. These hands-on experiences gave me the confidence to tackle real-world challenges and prepared me to hit the ground running when I started my placement. By the time I joined News UK, I felt fully equipped with the skills, mindset, and support network I needed to succeed.
Throughout my placement, I’ve had regular check-ins with my placement manager, who has provided invaluable guidance and helped me plan my professional development. Beyond that, graduating from the bootcamp meant joining a vibrant community of associates, with access to social events and opportunities to continue building my skills.
