After university, I found it quite difficult to land a job in my field, mostly because I didn’t have the practical experience employers were looking for, something I often found myself frustrated about. That’s exactly what the Academy helped me gain. The programme was set up so that every topic was first learnt, then tested it through assessments, and finally applied it in a team project (the same projects that I was then able to show off to my potential employers). I won’t lie, the assessment weeks was tough, but it made sure I really absorbed everything. With the extra support after the course, including interview prep and guidance, I felt fully equipped to step into my placement as a Business Analyst.
