Position overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for spearheading our expansion into alternative healthcare markets. You will work closely with the Managing Director to identify, analyse and develop strategies on new target markets. This is a dynamic and results-oriented role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the future direction and success of the Rosenfield Health.
Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with the managing director.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities within the wider PACS marketplace. Focus on developing new market opportunities for Rosenfield Health, E.g. Veterinary industry.
Attend industry events to understand new market opportunities and developments.
Generate accurate and timely reports on market trends such as; size of market opportunity, revenue potential, SWOT analysis.
Work collaboratively with other internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
With the co-operation of the managing director & other departments, design projects to grow the Rosenfield customer business based on this analysis.
Qualifications
Understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant business analysis tools.
Passion for researching new markets and commercial opportunities.
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge / experience of business development, technology/innovation and marketing
Good presentation skills • Technical writing
Experience of using a variety of Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)
Good eye for detail and creativity
Proactive and can-do attitude
Ability to work on own initiative
