The KSG Graduate Academy offers you the chance to undertake stretching rotations in departments around our business, each with clear deliverables and each tailored to develop your skills and knowledge.
You’ll be part of our delivery teams, actively putting your knowledge to work on high profile projects. You’ll be supported along the way with a Mentor to help your professional development and tailored training depending on the challenges you’re facing.
When you’re ready, you’ll be supported to achieve professional qualifications and/or chartered status in your chosen field.
For our 2024 intake, beginning in September, we are looking for graduates from Mechanical, Electrical and Systems Engineering courses.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate self-motivation and tenacity. As well as assessing how well you apply your technical expertise, we’ll assess how you demonstrate our values;
