An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a CSI Technical Assistant Officer in the Tri-Force Forensic Alliance – Crime Scene Investigation Department.

What you will be doing? 

To support the CSI Technical Manager in ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements, pivotal to the success of achieving and maintaining UKAS accreditation.

Role Specific Tasks

To support the CSI Technical Manager in ensuring that technical activities are carried out in accordance with the Technical Procedures and Validation Requirements.

  • Dirprwyo ar gyfer y Rheolwr Technegol Archwilio Troseddfannau yn ei absenoldeb.
  • Cynorthwyo gydag Ymweliadau Asesu Gwasanaeth Achredu'r DU.
  • Cynorthwyo gydag asesiadau cymhwysedd Archwilio Troseddfannau ac asesiadau hyfedredd asiantaethau allanol
  • Cynorthwyo gydag asesiad cymhwysedd staff yn erbyn meysydd craidd eu rôl ar gyfer llofnodi cymeradwyaeth cychwynnol, ac fel rhan o'r rhaglen dreigl barhaus wedi hynny.
  • Cefnogi prosesau hyfforddi, mentora a chymhwyso'r holl staff mewn prosesau archwilio troseddfannau achredig.
  • Cynllunio, perfformio ac adrodd ar asesiadau hapsampl o holl weithgareddau a chyfleusterau archwilio troseddfannau fel rhan o amserlen flynyddol.
  • Cynnal archwiliadau technegol a chefnogi ymchwiliadau technegol i nodi achosion sylfaenol o ddiffyg cydymffurfio.
  • Cefnogi'r gwaith o fonitro cyfarpar, dogfennaeth a nwyddau traul archwilio troseddfannau, cynnal gwiriadau rhestri eiddo rheolaidd a datrys unrhyw faterion a godir.
  • Archebu, derbyn, profi, marcio asedau ac anfon cyfarpar archwilio troseddfannau.
  • Cynnal a chofnodi profion swp o nwyddau traul lle bo angen.
  • Cynnal gwaith monitro amgylcheddol ar gyfleusterau a chyfarpar lle bo angen.
  • Coladu ac adrodd ar ddata galw a pherfformiad archwilio troseddfannau.
  • Trefnu a chynorthwyo gyda'r gwaith o sefydlu canolfannau archwilio troseddfannau a gosod cerbydau newydd, yn ogystal â gweithdrefnau cynnal a chadw rheolaidd, gan gynnwys glanhau canolfannau a faniau yn unol ag amserlen ar draws ardal yr Heddlu.
  • Cynnal cymhwysedd personol i safon achredu ISO 17020
