An Apprenticeship is a route for obtaining a nationally recognised qualification, for example a Bachelor’s Degree, whilst gaining associated on-the-job experience.
At Schneider Electric, in the UK we offer Degree Apprenticeship Opportunities which are approximately 3-6 years and allow for the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree alongside gaining on-the-job industry experience.
A Graduate Opportunity is an entry-level job that provides the opportunity for a Graduate to launch their career without the need for previous work experience.

Programme 1: The UK and Ireland Graduate Programme
On this Programme, Graduates are hired into Roles linked to one of the below Pathways:
The Programme is 12-months in duration and includes two 6-month placements that are carefully organised by Hiring Managers to optimise their Graduate’s Experience, Exposure and Education. This approach aims to facilitate a seamless transition for a Graduate post-programme into the Role they have been hired against.
Programme 2: The Global Sustainability Business Graduate Programme
