Job Description

Due to the continuing success and growth of our London team, this fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning specialist consultancy, engineering and advisory firm.

We are looking for Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join our thriving sustainability team in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering. The role will offer the opportunity for involvement in all aspects of sustainability design, strategy, and engineering throughout the built environment, whilst gaining valued experience in client engagement, commercial management and tender creation & management. 

The role will also include accountability for client relationship management and development within the division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating technical yet sustainable engineering solutions and a willingness to work across multiple large-scale projects.

Essential Skills:

  • BSc or MSc Degree in Sustainable Design & Engineering or similar.
  • Ability to work in an integrated manner with supervision from the team where appropriate.
  • Ability to devise and develop pragmatic solutions, support, and resolve a variety of project challenges. 
  • Resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to reason, read, and adapt to address a broad audience with comfort and presence. 
  • Knowledge of sustainable design, assessments and industry standard certifications such as: BREEAM, CEEQAL and LEED. 
  • Familiar with project consultation, in both design and construction stages.
  • Ability to perform Sustainability Design or Engineering, depending on consulting background, as part of the project deliverables
  • Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget.
