How did you come to join Amentum?

I studied Business and Management at university and applied to join the company’s UK Graduate Programme. I went on to join as a Graduate Project Manager in the Defence & Security part of the business.

What initially attracted you to Amentum?

I was attracted to the company because of the fantastic work and accolades I saw externally about the company’s employee networks, particularly the network that supports individuals with physical, mobility and cognitive disabilities, and those who care for others. I’m closely involved with the network and value the opportunity to help grow the understanding of this community.

What impressed you about the graduate programme and the company?

The graduate programme offers really comprehensive and structured training opportunities, which supports individuals’ career development and longer-term aspirations. I also love the company’s inclusive culture and everyone’s willingness to learn.

If you could give a future graduate some advice, what would it be?

If you’re looking around at graduate programmes, I would recommend applying to join companies whose values align with your own, where the culture is inclusive and welcoming to everyone.
