Mentorship Scheme 2027/28

HKLSS Mentorship Scheme is designed to cultivate young students in the life sciences, biomedical sciences and biotechnology disciplines, equipping them with workplace knowledge, soft skills, and the ability to network and build meaningful connections. 

Guided by industry experts, entrepreneurs, and senior executives from a wide range of professions in life sciences and biotechnology industries, mentees will be able to learn, grow, and identify their directions. HKLSS also invites senior executives from a wide range of professions in life sciences industry as mentors to nurture young talents from a different perspective.

Mentors specialise in the following sectors:

• AI and digital innovation
• Business development
• Entrepreneurship
• Governance and compliance
• Healthcare
• Investment
• Non-profits
• Research and development

Mentees will be able to:

• Identify and develop academic and career opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with the most current trends in Innovation and technology
• Expand personal and professional networks
• Learn about biotech developments in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland

Eligibility:

• Students in engineering, healthcare, medicine, sciences, and technology
• Freshmen and college students are also welcome to apply

Application:

The Mentorship Scheme will commence in March 2027 and is currently accepting applications.
