During the video interview, you’ll answer three questions. You’ll have 15 seconds to prepare for each question and 90 seconds to answer. Before you answer the questions, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a practice question to help you feel more at ease.
The telephone interview (for applicants applying directly for a training contract only) is 30 minutes in length.
It’ll be with a member of our Early Careers Legal Recruitment and Development Team, and the questions will focus on the competencies we look for in our trainee solicitors.
