Creator is a specialist scaffold and temporary works design consultancy, founded in 2013 and growing steadily ever since. Today, the team of 18 CAD and Design Engineers delivers innovative solutions across sectors including Construction, Civil Engineering, Rail, Events, Listed and Historic Buildings.
They are proud of the dynamic, collaborative culture they’ve built. The open-plan studio encourages discussion, problem-solving, and creative thinking. They share ideas, challenge norms, and support each other - it’s a fast-paced, agile environment where no two days are the same.
We’re not your typical design engineering business – we embrace difference - of background, perspective, and experience. Our team is diverse in age, gender, race, education, and life journey. Not everyone has a degree, and that’s a strength, not a barrier.

They believe the best engineers are developed, not just found. That’s why they invest heavily in training. Many of the team joined at entry level, and they’re now building a formal development programme to support progression at all stages - whether you're just starting out or looking to take the next step in your career.
Creator is independently owned, managed by three directors: Ryan Berry, Bradley Berry and Karl Bird. The business currently turns over £1.6 million per year, growing organically year after year.
