Munya is one of our most recent Graduate Consultants who works for our Delivery team. With a MSc in Finance, and a BSc in Economics, he is providing the team with fresh ideas and support.
What initially attracted me to Moore Insight was the opportunity to learn and develop from day one through early involvement in client work, which felt different to the approach taken by many other companies. However, what ultimately made me choose to join Moore Insight were the people I met during the recruitment process. From HR through to the directors, everyone was genuinely welcoming and approachable. This reinforced the core values I had read about beforehand and allowed me to clearly picture myself building a long-term career here.
The dynamic nature of the job is one of the best parts of working here. Managing multiple projects, travelling to different clients, and the fact that no two days are ever the same keeps things varied and engaging. The two work‑from‑home days are an added bonus as well.
Working through key documents with senior colleagues has really helped to cement my knowledge, while onsite client meetings have given me a clear understanding of what independent working involves. The opportunity to study relevant qualifications has also been a great support to my development.
