How does the bonus work?

The annual bonus is based on both individual and company performance, running from January–December, and is reviewed and paid annually.

What can I use the 4% Flex Fund for?

The Flex Fund can be used to personalise your benefits package including; topping up your pension, purchasing private healthcare coverage, increasing insurance cover, buying extra holiday, and more.

When do share options vest?

In the next grant after passing your probation you will be awarded 3,500 share options under Vertical Advantage, these typically vest over four years and a subject to the plan rules.

Can I buy additional holiday?

Yes, through the Flex Fund, you can purchase additional leave days.

Is remote or hybrid working an option?

Most roles at Vertical support hybrid working, depending on team needs.
