I joined ISC in October 2013 on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave as a Customer Service Administrator and I'm still here over eleven years later, now as a Customer Service Manager.
ISC has given me the opportunity to grow professionally by allowing me to gain additional qualifications. I have received external training on ILM level 2 and Level 3 courses in leadership and management, as well as in-house training to cover in despatch.
I enjoy the work that I do at ISC and no two days are ever the same. I feel very fortunate to work with a great team of people!
