40 Leadenhall Street (London)40 Leadenhall Street boasts 900,000 ft²/83,600 m² of predominantly office space over 36 floors. The building also includes 17 outdoor gardens and terraces, a library, 22,500 ft²/2,090 m² of grooming, treatment and commuter facilities, a 200-seat auditorium, a communal clubhouse at Level 11, and two public restaurants on Levels 13 and 14. The vertical transportation scheme needed to support more than 8,000 people over two towers. |
MC² - Masdar City Campus (Abu Dhabi)MC² is a mixed development located in the heart of The Masdar City Development in Abu Dhabi. D2E were appointed to provide vertical transportation design services from RIBA Stage 01 to Stage 05. D2E’s appointment helped provide the project with a practical and feasible vertical transportation design. The vertical transportation design advised was done by taking into account the project's mixed-use scheme and end goal expectation of the client. |

Battersea Power Station Phase 2 (London)Phase 2 of the Battersea Power Station Development included the main Power Station and the site-wide energy centre. Working closely with all stakeholders, D2E developed the vertical transport design system capable of providing effective transportation, tailored according to the needs of building use. |
Trafford Centre (Manchester)D2E provided asset management services including developing scopes and contracts, management of KPIs, financial audits, and equipment surveys. Works have also included full lift and escalator replacement as part of the lifecycle management. |

One Creechurch Place (London)In November 2022, D2E was appointed to undertake a Vertical Transportation (VT) traffic study to evaluate the performance of the lifts at One Creechurch Place. Detailed analysis of the data allowed D2E to model the lifts’ performance and explore possible changes and alterations to the lifts’ configuration. |
