The Apple Store at Dubai Mall is a flagship retail destination, designed by world-renowned architects Foster + Partners. Located in one of the busiest shopping centres in the world, the store combines Apple’s signature minimalism with bold architectural features, including vast floor-to-ceiling glazing and innovative “Solar Wings.” Ensuring comfort and flawless environmental control was critical to maintaining both visitor experience and architectural vision.

The Challenge

High visitor footfall, open-plan layouts, and extreme external temperatures in Dubai placed significant demands on the HVAC system. Ventilation solutions had to deliver powerful performance without detracting from the clean architectural language and brand aesthetic of Apple’s retail environment.
