Ten Trinity Square is one of London’s most iconic landmarks, transformed into a luxury Four Seasons hotel, private residences, and members’ club.
This Grade II listed building demanded the highest standards of craftsmanship to ensure modern comfort was delivered without compromising its historic grandeur. Brooke Air was selected to engineer bespoke air distribution solutions that seamlessly integrated into the building’s prestigious interiors.
The redevelopment required air distribution systems that delivered performance, comfort, and efficiency while remaining sympathetic to the heritage character of the building. Traditional solutions risked disrupting the architectural detailing and fine finishes of the restored interiors.
Brooke Air manufactured a combination of bespoke Curved Slot Diffusers and Plaster Frame Linear Bar Grilles, carefully designed to align with the architectural detailing:
Both solutions were engineered to complement heritage-grade detailing without compromising air distribution performance. Custom finishes ensured the products blended harmoniously into the luxury aesthetic of public and private spaces.
The project successfully demonstrated how tailored air distribution can enhance both comfort and architectural quality. By delivering discreet yet high-performance solutions, Brooke Air supported the restoration and transformation of Ten Trinity Square into one of London’s most prestigious addresses.
