About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a genuine interest in AI, automation and building useful systems.
You will work directly with a founder to help design, build and improve a growing collection of AI powered tools, workflows and internal software.
This role is suited to somebody who spends their spare time experimenting with AI, building projects, testing new tools and finding better ways of doing things.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and improving AI agent workflows
Working extensively with OpenClaw
Using Claude Code to design, build and iterate software
Creating automations and multi-agent systems
Developing internal tools and dashboards
Connecting APIs, databases and external systems
Building workflows that combine AI models with business processes
Testing new AI technologies and identifying practical use cases
Turning ideas into working software quickly
Improving and expanding existing systems
You will be expected to move rapidly from concept to implementation and continually improve what has already been built.
The Type of Person We're Looking For
You are likely someone who:
Uses Claude Code regularly
Has experimented with OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks
Enjoys building things from scratch
Is comfortable learning new technologies without formal training
Has a strong curiosity about AI and automation
Enjoys solving practical business problems
Thinks commercially as well as technically
Can identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions
