This is an opportunity to begin a career in finance and accounting within a small, experienced team. You will take on genuine responsibility from an early stage, contributing to financial reporting, analysis, and commercial decision-making alongside senior colleagues.
Training will include the practical use of AI and data tools, which are increasingly central to how modern finance functions operate. For candidates who perform strongly, there is a supported pathway to study towards a professional accounting qualification — either ACCA or CIMA — subject to mutual agreement.
As a graduate you will benefit from close interaction with colleagues and peers across the business, especially at the start of your career. For that reason, you will work full-time in our offices in Kensington and Central London.

Contribute to commercial analysis and project-based work as required

Develop a sound understanding of the full finance cycle and the wider business
What we are looking for
A degree in a STEM subject

Strong numerical aptitude and a natural inclination to question and investigate data
Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation — someone who takes initiative and thinks independently
Professional in manner and communication, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and present confidently to senior colleagues
Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with data tools such as Python or SQL would be an advantage
UK resident

How to Apply
Please visit Graduate Application Form and upload your CV along with a short covering note written in your own words. We want to understand what draws you to OCL Vision, this particular role, why finance/accounting and what you think you would bring to a small team. Applications that are generic or appear to have been written by AI will not be considered.
If there is a specific problem you have solved using data, a model you have built, or anything quantitative you are proud of, feel free to mention it briefly. It does not need to be finance-related.
