GA Consultants is seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our construction consultancy team. We specialise in project management services and development managers for investors across a variety of sectors including life sciences, data centres, energy and public infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with cost planning, estimating and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the preparation of tender and procurement documentation.
Assist with valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
Review drawings, specifications and technical information to assess cost and commercial impact.
Support cost analysis and benchmarking across major building and MEP packages.
Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, designers and other consultants.
Maintain accurate commercial records and contribute to project reports.
Remote working initially with support from world-class mentors, which will progress to a project office.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive and contributing team player.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a consultancy environment.
