Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to:
Support the development and enhancement of reporting capabilities, helping turn business data into meaningful insights that drive operational performance and decision making.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
Compile, analyse and present data through ad hoc reporting, management information and performance dashboards.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis, supporting business improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Assist with data quality and governance activities to improve the accuracy and reliability of business information.
Work with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Finance and Technology teams to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
Support automation and process improvement projects by helping identify opportunities to streamline manual and repetitive activities.
Contribute to business change initiatives through process analysis, documentation and impact assessments.
Develop forecasting, trend analysis and performance measurement solutions to support strategic decision making.
Build strong working relationships across the business while gaining exposure to a wide range of operational and technology functions.
