About Us

Hussein's experience
Hussein Elbassiouny, an intern at Arm, shares his experience of joining the company - feeling nervous on his first day and quickly finding a welcoming and inclusive community.

Founded 36 years ago by a dozen engineers in a converted barn in Cambridge, Arm has grown into a global technology company with more than 10,000 people worldwide. Our energy-efficient processor designs and software platforms power the computing at the heart of modern life.

At Arm, you'll do more than build technology. You'll help create the computing platform trusted by many of the world's leading technology companies, giving you the opportunity to work on technology with global reach.

Internships

Our 3, 6 and 12-month internships are designed around real engineering experience, not observation. From day one, you'll contribute to live projects spanning hardware, software, AI and systems. One intern might optimise AI performance for next-generation processors, while another develops software tools used by engineers around the world.

You'll join a global community, supported by your manager, mentor and buddy while building your skills and network through technical talks, Employee Resource Groups and local office events. 95% of interns say they strengthened their skills and knowledge during their internship, and many continue their journey with us as graduates.

Graduate Program

Arm Global Graduate Conference: Learning, Networking and Career Growth
At Arm’s Global Graduate Conference, 350 graduates came together in London to learn more about Arm, hear from leaders across the company, build their networks and understand how they can contribute as part of Arm’s graduate community.

As a graduate, you'll take ownership of engineering work that powers billions of devices worldwide.

Whether you're contributing to processor IP, improving software performance, supporting silicon development or enabling next-generation AI workloads, you'll work on technology with global reach.

Progress is based on your contribution, not simply how long you've been here. With structured development, twice-yearly salary reviews and opportunities to connect with more than 350 graduates at our Global Graduate Conference, you'll continue learning while building your career across Arm's global engineering community.

Apprenticeships

Apprentices join Arm in a permanent role from day one, contributing to live engineering projects while studying towards a recognised qualification.

You'll develop practical engineering skills alongside experienced colleagues, supported by your manager, mentor and buddy in an environment where learning comes through building, testing and solving real technical challenges.
