Hear from engineers, graduates and leaders share their experiences working at Arm and building the technology that powers billions of devices around the world.

As a hardware design engineer, you’ll join a growing, highly skilled, and supportive team developing Machine Learning accelerators. Collaborating with colleagues across our international design centres, you’ll contribute to the design and verification of Arm’s next-generation IP using the latest tools and methodologies.

Above all, you’ll bring enthusiasm to learn and curiosity to explore this exciting technology. You’ll be encouraged to share your knowledge and ideas with other innovators across Arm, reflecting both our core beliefs and collaborative culture.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Basic knowledge of computer architecture.

In Return:

You’ll receive a starting salary of £47,000 (Bachelor level) or £48,000 (Master level), alongside a comprehensive rewards package. As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognising your growth.

You can also attend our “Grad-teach-Grads” workshops, guest speaker series, and social events to expand your knowledge. If you’d like to get more involved, you can join the Graduate Committee to further develop your planning, networking, and coordination skills.

You’ll be invited to our Global Graduate Conference (GGC) - an annual event where graduates hear from executive leaders, guest speakers, and build lasting connections.
